Homepage Hero Editor

Change homepage hero images and media. Use site paths such as images/my-hero.png, media/video.mp4, or full URLs. The feature game hero accepts one image path per line and still links to the Game Room.

Hero edits save to the server when the PHP endpoint is uploaded; if unavailable, this browser will still preview them locally.

Create / Update Leaderboard

Use this to create a global leaderboard for any current or future game without uploading a new cabinet. If the game already exists, this updates the board settings.

All current cabinets are seeded automatically; this tool is for adding or correcting boards from admin tools.

Add Complimentary Member

Use this when a customer has a payment issue and you want to manually grant member access. This creates a paid-status member without charging Square; the member will still create their own password.

After you add them, tell the member to open Members → Sign In, enter their email or gamer tag with no password, then create their required site password.

Member User Manager

Add, edit, remove, or assign a temporary password when email reset is not working. Temp passwords are displayed once; give the player the code and have them sign in, then change it.

Upload New Game Cabinet

Admin upload saves the HTML game into /games, saves card art into /images, optionally extracts extra assets into /assets/game-id, adds the game to the homepage automatically, and injects the Arcade 51 leaderboard registry/name-entry helper so players can submit scores.

Upload a complete single HTML game with no Arcade 51 app-level HTML size cap, or include a ZIP if the game needs extra images/sounds. Uploaded games automatically receive Home and Save Score leaderboard controls.

Replace Game Cabinet

Use this to replace an existing game while keeping the same homepage slot, game ID, tournament listing, and leaderboard registry. Upload the new HTML game file with no Arcade 51 app-level HTML size cap; artwork and assets are optional.

Replacing keeps the same game ID, so old homepage links and leaderboards keep working.

Remove Game Cabinet

Use this to remove an uploaded game from the homepage, tournament list, favorite-game dropdown, and leaderboards display. Built-in games are hidden from the site; uploaded games can also have their files removed.

Delete uploaded game/art files too

Only use this when you want the cabinet removed from the player-facing website.

Arcade 51™ is building toward a safe, welcoming after-school haven for students from 3 PM to 6 PM — the hours when many young people need a positive place to go, connect, learn, play, and stay supervised while families finish the workday. The goal is to provide structured arcade fun, mentoring, homework support, creative technology projects, and a community space where students feel seen, safe, and encouraged.
